The main boardroom seats 28 people and is fully automated with a Crestron universal remote providing one remote control to access lighting, solar shades and black out blinds, Wi-Fi internet, a high definition projector with 110” screen, WestStar Cable TV, DVD player and laptop audio/video connection to the projector.
The room has cabinetry and a floating glass writing board installed on the wall, and a state-of-the-art Polycom - HD video-conference platform.
In addition to the main boardroom, there is a smaller room that can be used as a reception/buffet catering area for the main boardroom.
Full kitchen facilities feature a microwave, stove, refrigerator (set up for food trays) and dishwasher. The kitchen is equipped with a variety of dishes, glasses and cutlery. There is also a separate bar sink with water filter and chiller in the main boardroom.
